Los Angeles Rams star Puka Nacua has been sued for assault and battery by a woman who claimed he bit her on the shoulder on New Year’s Eve and caused a fight. Anti-Semitic remark.
The lawsuit was filed this week in Los AngelesAccording to TMZ. The lawsuit also cites sexual violence and neglect.
Plaintiff Madison Atiabi and her attorney, Joseph Carr, allege Nakoa made an anti-Semitic exclamation that emotionally upset her while they were together in Century City.
She says Nakoa bit her and left teeth marks on her shoulder when they were in a truck together later that night, and claims Nakoa also bit her friend’s thumb.

Nakoa’s lawyer, Levi McEthern, has already strongly denied that Nakoa made any anti-Semitic statements. He described the bites as “caressing.”
McCathern said that “the entire allegation is nothing more than an extortion attempt” and that the sting “left nothing more than a temporary mark,” according to TMZ.

However, many believe the celebration perpetuates harmful anti-Jewish stereotypes.
In the video, Ross instructed Nacua to hit the ball, bend it, and then rub his hands together. Ross, who is Jewish, referred to the movement as his “dance” or “passion.”
Nacua received pushback and issued an apology.

“When I appeared a few days ago on a live stream on social media, he suggested that I perform a certain action as part of my upcoming Landing celebration,” Nacua said in a statement. “At the time, I had no idea that this action was anti-Semitic in nature and perpetuated harmful stereotypes against Jewish people.” Infographic titled “Standing Up to Jewish Hate.”.
He added: “I sincerely apologize to anyone who was offended by my actions because I do not support any form of racism, bigotry or hatred towards another group of people.”
